Only a Few American Cars, But They're Making an Impact
Penske Porsche Leads the Charge
Despite the limited number of American cars participating in the 2023 24 Hours of Le Mans, those that are present are making a significant impact on the race.
Penske Porsche, for example, is currently leading the GTE Pro class with its #6 Porsche 911 RSR-19. The car, driven by Mathieu Jaminet, Nick Tandy, and Dane Cameron, has been in the top three throughout the race and is in a strong position to win.
